Yorkshire & North Derbyshire Canals
The Chesterfield Canal is partly navigable, with an active restoration group working to complete it throughout. Like the Barnsley, Dearn & Dove it served the many coal mines in the area.
The Bradford Canal is an arm of the Leeds & Liverpool built to serve the local mills.
The Market Weighton Canal is an isolated agricultural canal off the Humber estuary that also supported the brick making industry.
